I've been working to figure out the best way to use the many tools at my disposal - Gmail, Things, CRM, etc. Since I manage all my email accounts via Gmail I get frustrated that I can't seem to attach emails to tasks on Things. Its UI is almost identical to Things. I've tried a few others, but keep coming back to a task management tool that allows me to filter on areas of focus.
