While working on a lean UX project recently, my team needed a simple form for discussing, identifying, and organizing personas and their related scenarios. I developed a one-sheet template that’s worked out really well and thought I’d share a generic version as a Word document.
It’s purposely light, has room for at least four personas, and provides a row for scenarios (bottom). Modify it as you see fit and enjoy.
